Factors Causing Guide Rail Jamming and Solutions
2025-11-15 09:27:49

There are multiple common factors that lead to jamming during the operation of guide rails. First, insufficient lubrication is a primary cause of increased friction. Regularly adding or replacing lubricating oil can significantly improve the guide rail’s operating condition. In addition, dirt accumulation or foreign objects on the guide rail or its components can also hinder smooth movement and should be cleaned promptly.

Secondly, improper installation of the guide rail—such as angle deviation or loose fastening—may also result in jamming. In such cases, re-adjustment and secure fastening are required. Furthermore, excessive load is another important factor that can cause poor operation, so adjustments should be made according to the standard load capacity.

By conducting thorough inspection and regular maintenance, these issues can be effectively addressed, ensuring the smooth and normal operation of the guide rail.
